Shipping & Returns 

​At The Plastics Shed, we work with trusted couriers and manufacturers’ transport services to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery.

Delivery Timescales

Delivery times vary depending on the product category. Below are our standard estimated timescales:

  • White Roofline (Fascia & Soffit) – Usually 1-3 working days.

  • Foiled/Coloured Roofline – Usually 1-3 working days.

  • Standard Guttering – Usually 1-3 working days.

  • Deepflow & Ogee Guttering – Usually 1-5 working days.

  • Roomline Skirting & Architrave – White usually 1-3 working days, coloured options may take longer.

  • Composite Cladding – Usually 1-3 working days.

  • Shiplap Cladding – Usually 1-3 working days.

  • Vented Soffit – 1-5 working days (Foiled colours may take longer).

    ​These timescales are estimates and may vary due to demand, stock availability, or courier delays. If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

     

    2. Returns

    We aim to provide quality products, but if you need to return an item, please read our policy below.

    Eligibility for Returns

    • Stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

    • Bespoke items (such as made-to-measure windows, doors, and conservatory products) cannot be returned unless faulty.

    • If an item is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, a replacement will be provided.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.

    • If you require our carriers to collect the item, a charge of £25 will apply.

    Return Process

    1. Contact us at info@theplasticsshed.com or 01922 254100 with your order details.

    2. If eligible, we will provide return instructions.

    3. Securely package the item and return it via your chosen method.

    4. Once received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement within 7 working days.
